Program Director will maintain and provide all administrative duties to ensure the programs operates according to agency policy and procedures, DMAS and DBHDS regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Review resumes of potential employees, conduct interview as needed and offer employment to qualified applicants.

· Maintain an accurate list of all cases and case assignments

· Conduct all required employee evaluations.

· Ensure all new hires are orientated within 15 business days of employment.

· Train new and current employees on appropriate work expectations to ensure professionalism and promote the agency mission.

· Ensure that Crisis and Incident Reports are completed immediately after the incident.

· Identify relevant staff strengthening and conduct in-service training.

· Conduct, develop bi-weekly staff meetings for staff and document

· Meet with staff individually to address or discuss any question, comments, or concerns and present to executive director with solution focus.

· Conduct follow- up chart audits based on reports from Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with all DMAS and DBHDS regulations.

· Conduct weekly or monthly supervision with employees based on credentials and document.

· Conduct follow –ups with Human Resource to ensure all employee charts are in compliance with VA State and federal laws, DMAS and DBHDS regulations.

· Ensure all pre-screenings on all client referrals are completed

· Schedule initial assessments on new referrals

· Complete 6 month individualize service plans for clients.

· Review Quarterly reports

· Review all intake charts before they are active

· Maintain 1-2 clients as needed

· Maintain communication with all MCO's regarding client services or authorizations

· Build upon current system to elicit client referrals and growth of the program

· Provide direct services during a QMHP-C and Case Manager absence or whenever needed

· Identify and develop innovative ways to promote the program to consumers in the community

· Interface with collateral community providers and associations

· Discuss with Executive Director, complete and present all disciplinary action write ups and present to Executive Director

· Maintain all regulation updates from and report to Executive Director, Clinical Executive Director, and COO

Requirements:

Possess a valid driving license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Own and operate an insurable and registered vehicle.

Available to work weekend hours as well as attend after work meetings and on call for administrative questions, comments, concerns, and crisis via email or phone.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to navigate through the world wide web / internet.

Access to a working phone.

Access to a computer, printer and the world wide web/ internet.

Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in implementing innovative approaches to revenue generation and customer service delivery.

Possess creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Awareness and understanding of children's needs and challenges and those of adults in low income, multicultural communities.

Ability to have attention to detail

Possess Communication skills- verbal and written

Ability to communicate both written and verbal information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.

Job Type: Full-time
