Brain Balance is seeking a professional, energetic, and organized individual who loves children to fill the Program Director position in our Allen, TX center. Must love working with children and has a passion for helping them reach their full potential.Our after-school program works with children struggling socially, behaviorally, academically, or developmentally. Our cutting-edge program helps the brain to mature and develop by addressing the cause, not the symptoms. We are a drug-free program that includes Sensory Motor, Cognitive, and Nutritional components which create lasting change and rapid, lifelong results.Full-time applicants must be available between the hours of 10:00-7:30 M-F and occasional Saturdays.The ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term career and have a love of children and enjoy working with children.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assessments of children.Overseeing programs.Meeting with families to review program results and coach them on lifestyle changes as well as review the progress of their child, Oversee coaches that are working with the children, etc.See brainbalance.com for more information about the program. We are looking for amazing people to join our Brain Balance FamilyRequirements:Detail-oriented.Excellent communication & social skills.Flexible personality.Good organizational skills.Marketing and sales background or skills.Good computer skills.Management abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Psychology, human/child development, exercise science, behavioral science, or education background a plus.Spanish as a second language would be a great PLUS.Job Type: Full-timePay discussed at interview ($17 to $20 an hour with possibility of up to 25% bonus based on performance).Benefits:Flexible schedule.Paid time off.Health benefits.401k.Schedule:Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.Ability to commute/relocate:Allen, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).Education:Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related field.Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred).Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred).
