MODEx Originals
— a new division of MODEx-owned summits, symposiums, and cultural productions across
business, tech, real estate, media, and virtual production.
Each Original bridges these industries through
immersive, story-driven environments
— built as a
cinematic, episodic series
designed to evolve conversations and turn ideas into commerce.
We're also developing
MODEx Live
, our commerce-focused broadcast platform for live product launches and brand storytelling — filmed and streamed directly from MODEx's cinematic stage in Atlanta.
Together, these initiatives form the foundation for
MODEx's next evolution
— a creative ecosystem designed to merge content, commerce, and community at scale.
The Role
We're seeking a
Head of Partnerships, Ecosystem Expansion & Licensing
— a strategic builder who can turn relationships into revenue and opportunity.
This role operates on two parallel growth tracks:
- Near-Term:
Drive sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations for MODEx Originals and MODEx Live. - Long-Term:
Develop licensing and developer relationships to expand the MODEx model into key markets nationwide and globally.
You'll architect the business ecosystem that powers MODEx — connecting brands, developers, and creative innovators to a platform designed for scalable impact.
What You'll Do
Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Lead strategy, outreach, and development of partnerships across MODEx Originals, MODEx Live, and future properties.
- Create multi-tier sponsorship and activation models, from single summits to annual alliances.
- Identify, pitch, and close corporate sponsors and strategic partners in business, tech, real estate, and media.
- Collaborate with the CEO and design team to develop sponsorship decks, proposals, and activation concepts.
- Manage sponsor fulfillment with production and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ecosystem & Licensing Expansion
- Build MODEx's market expansion roadmap, cultivating partnerships with developers, real estate leaders, and enterprise brands.
- Design deal structures and frameworks for licensed MODEx studios and branded experiences in key markets.
- Develop scalable systems and documentation that make replication efficient and consistent.
Partner Agent Network
- Design and launch the
MODEx Partner Agent Network
— a scalable sponsorship ecosystem empowering vetted agents and consultants to source brand partnerships for commission. - Create onboarding, resources, and performance systems to manage and grow this network nationally.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or ecosystem growth — ideally across media, events, real estate, or innovation sectors.
- Proven ability to secure and manage 5- and 6-figure sponsorships and strategic alliances.
- Deep understanding of brand partnerships, activation strategy, and enterprise relationship management.
- Strong network within one or more of the following: tech, real estate, media, innovation, or civic sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach — thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Based in Atlanta; hybrid flexibility with in-person presence required for key summits and productions.
