About BLELEVATE
BLELEVATE is a culture-rooted collective redefining how professionals, entrepreneurs, and tastemakers experience access, connection, and luxury.
We curate elite partnerships across hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and business —connecting brands with audiences who influence modern culture.
We're expanding our founding team to accelerate growth across our five core cities and prepare for our pre-seed investment round.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Growth & Partnerships Lead to join BLELEVATE's early leadership team — driving national expansion, partnerships, and revenue strategy.
This is an equity-based founding role for someone ready to help scale a Forbes-recognized brand from early traction to national visibility.
You'll work directly with the founder, on partnership growth, sponsorship development, and strategic relationships with high-value hospitality and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities Partnership & Sponsorship Development
- Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships in hospitality, dining, travel, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and manage partnership pipelines — from initial outreach to signed agreements.
- Build sponsorship decks, one-sheets, and co-branded event activations that align with BLELEVATE's luxury and cultural positioning.
- Cultivate long-term partner relationships and renewals.
Growth & Market Expansion
- Lead BLELEVATE's expansion into key U.S. markets (Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C.).
- Develop and execute partnership-driven go-to-market plans to onboard new community and anchor partners.
- Manage strategic collaborations that drive membership growth and sponsorship revenue.
Brand Activations & Events
- Support execution of Founding Partner Circle events, curated dinners, and brand showcases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on partner visibility campaigns and experiential activations.
- Represent BLELEVATE at conferences, hospitality events, and brand networking functions.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience in business development, brand partnerships, or growth marketing (preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury).
- Strong relationship-builder with experience securing sponsorships or brand deals.
- Confident communicator and negotiator — knows how to sell value, not discounts.
- Deep understanding of culture, community, and high-end brand positioning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable in startup environments.
- Experience working with HubSpot, CRM systems, or partnership tracking tools is a plus.
Compensation
- Equity: Founding-team equity grant (negotiated based on experience and contribution level).
- Performance bonuses based on sponsorships, partnerships, and market milestones.
- Future salary + benefits as BLELEVATE transitions post-funding.
Why Join BLELEVATE
- Join a Forbes-recognized founder building one of the most exciting culture-rooted collectives in the country.
- Be part of a mission that merges access, excellence, and community.
- Gain early ownership in a venture poised for national scale and investor backing.
- Build partnerships that connect culture and commerce at the highest level.
