What you'll do

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients as needed.
  • Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes during peak service hours.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to uphold health standards.
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Participate in catering events by preparing and cleaning up after service.
  • Provide excellent support to the culinary team, contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

Basic qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing and serving.
  • Experience with culinary tasks such as cooking or food preparation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices in food handling.
