Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and help maintain the cleanliness of our venue. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils from the main dining area several times throughout the shift, cleaning and hand-washing items appropriately, and then stacking clean items at the bar and in the kitchen for the next shift.

Please note that this role requires working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ultimately, you'll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers. Compensation starts at $20/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Remove food from plates
  • Wash items by hand, including pots, pans, glasses, plates, and utensils
  • Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
  • Remove garbage regularly
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
