As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols and maintaining a strong presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This role involves primarily driving throughout the site, utilizing your experience to support the overall security-related environment. You will interact professionally with tenants and visitors, delivering excellent customer service while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork. This is a driving position, and a valid driver's license is required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at the location to protect property and maintain order as directed by site procedures.
• Assist visitors and tenants with questions and directions while maintaining a visible security-related presence.
• Document incidents and maintain logs in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
