Job Type: (2) Full-Time & (2) Part-Time unarmed security officers
Salary: Full-time $41,600 w/benefits; Part-time $16,640-19,040 w/o benefits
About Us:
Environmental Air Systems (EAS) is a leading provider of custom HVAC solutions, committed to quality, safety, and innovation. We are currently seeking (2) Full-Time Security Officers & (2) Part-time Security Officers to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets located in the Triad area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol multiple premises to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
- Work independently, maintaining a strong security presence throughout the facilities.
- Write detailed incident reports and daily logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras, access control systems and vehicles.
- Conduct routine inspections of doors, gates, and alarm systems to ensure functionality.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.
- Utilize computer systems for report writing, access control, and communication.
Requirements:
- Prior experience (5+ years) in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have a good driving record and be able to operate company vehicles as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
- Full-time schedule M-F; Part-time schedule Sat. & Sun. (16+ hrs/wk)
