About Us

Java Island Arcade is a fast-growing amusement vending company operating 40 + claw machines across Bay Area malls, cafés, and community centers. We provide free-to-host machines and share revenue with our partners — a win-win that makes our program an easy sell. We're now expanding across San Jose and East Bay and looking for a reliable, experienced sales professional who can help us open new locations.

The Opportunity

Earn $500 per new business placement. No quotas. No gimmicks.

If you've worked in outside sales, field sales, merchant services, or B2B partnerships, this is a smooth transition. You'll work directly with local business owners who get a free claw machine that drives traffic — and you get paid every time one is installed.

This is not a cold-call or pressure sales job — business owners love the program once they understand the value: it's free to them, draws foot traffic, and earns them monthly revenue share.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and visit 10–20 local businesses each week (restaurants, cafés, shops, and community centers).
  • Explain our free claw-machine program using provided flyers and scripts.
  • Secure signed agreements or confirmed approvals for machine placements.
  • Coordinate install details with our operations team (no setup work required).
  • Maintain light communication with business owners post-install.

We Provide

  • Bonus for every 5 completed placements.

Compensation

  • $500 per business that completes installation.
  • Free-trial leads are paid once converted to confirmed placements.
  • Typical annual earnings: $72K–$100K (3–5 placements per week).
  • Uncapped commissions — top reps exceed $120K+.
  • 1099 independent contract role.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must live in or cover the San Jose / East Bay area.
  • Background in outside sales, solar, alarms, or merchant services preferred.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
  • Reliable car required. Able to Pick-up/Drop-up Mini Machines
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only structure.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $72, $125,000.00 per year
