Processor - Title Documents - Arlington

We currently have a great opportunity for a Document Processor / Title Clerk at our Processing Center. This location offers a fun and relaxed working environment with great pay.

• Automotive Dealership Title Clerk
• Full-Service Deputy Clerk
• Tax Assessor Collector Clerk
• webDealer Approval Clerk
• Loan Processor
• Title Runner Service
• Credit Union Clerk
• Knowledge of transactions / paperwork processing

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• webDealer and E Plates experience is a plus
• Notary is a plus
• Knowledge of Automotive Title work is a plus
• Experience with Titles and MCOs is a plus
• webDealer and E Plates experience is a plus
• Any Tag Agency or Full-Service Deputy experience is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties may include some or all of the below:

• Processing, Titling and registering cars using webDealer.
• Processing Dealer Trade Title Work.

• Processing Retail Title Work.

• Scanning and uploading images to webDealer

• Processing out of state and exports.

Language Ability:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a Full-Time position.

Due to the nature of the confidential documents, we work with, no cell phones, blue tooth or smart watches are allowed at the employees' workstation, we do provide lockers to store your personal items.
