Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Manage CRM data entry, updates, and reporting
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and client communications
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and documentation
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports
  • Ability to take product pictures and add them in sales and marketing materials

Qualifications (all preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles, or 4-year degree(if no experience, adept and versatile candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Basic Adobe experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency or quick learning of CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and productive with excellent creative problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills are key for success in this role; candidates must have the ability to work with internal and external professionals and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents and materials
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks, achieve results, and expedite projects

Competitive, based on experience
