Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Opera PMS Experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems.
  • A background in resort or hospitality environments is advantageous.
