Overview
You are the Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital, responsible for defining how to bring a new product, feature, or service to market in a best-in-class manner. You possess in-depth knowledge of technologies and markets, with your singular focus being to ensure that consumers feel as passionately about our digital products as you do. Your key areas of focus include growing adoption, retention, and expansion of Resmed's digital products, performing market analysis and related research to deeply understand our potential consumers, strategizing pricing, placement, and promotion of the product, developing go-to-market playbooks and planning, as well as conducting lifecycle measurement and value evolution.
As a strategic thinker, you anticipate change and drive visibility and alignment across product, marketing, and revenue teams. Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize market insights to inform product development strategies and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Pricing, Placement, and Promotion: Develop pricing strategies that maximize product profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Determine optimal product placement strategies to reach target customers effectively. Enable and support your marketing partners to create promotional campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that outline product positioning, target audience, messaging, and distribution channels. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product launches successfully and drive adoption.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Drive product evolution by implementing enhancements, updates, and new features to meet changing market needs.
- Alignment and Visibility: Foster alignment between product, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing. Provide visibility into product marketing strategies, progress, and results to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, audience marketers, sales teams, and customer support to gather insights and feedback for product development. Ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product marketing strategies to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure that product marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make data-driven decisions based on market research, customer insights, and business goals. Develop long-term strategic plans for product marketing that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Technology Trends: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends that impact product marketing. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance product marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive innovation.

Let's Talk About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the consumer tech or healthcare sector.
- Proven experience leading growth for consumer brands and digital products in global markets, with a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and customer needs.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $116,000 - $145,000 - $174,000 USD.
