About the Role

As an
Account Executive
, you'll own a regional territory within our
Broker Network
of short-haul dirt and materials trucking companies. You'll be responsible for driving growth through
lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure
— all while collaborating with leadership and product teams to continuously improve the platform.

This is a
high-impact role
where your success directly drives company growth — and your earnings reflect it.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute
    sales strategies
    to drive regional revenue.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Build lasting relationships with
    construction and trucking decision-makers.
  • Manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and close new business.
  • Partner with operations and tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide product feedback to leadership and software engineers.
  • Maintain communication with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven success in
    construction, short haul trucking, or construction materials - dirt, asphalt, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who thrives in a
    fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using
    CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Passion for the construction industry and interest in technology-driven solutions.


Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary:
    $70,000–$85,000
  • Aggressive Commission:
    % of all revenue through the platform
