Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the company's administrative, financial, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting executive management through financial reporting, legal coordination, and effective governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Vice President and provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage QuickBooks operations, and oversee cash flow and budget control.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Oversee legal affairs, including coordination on lawsuits, compliance matters, and internal controls.
Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Supervise HR activities, including employee relations, payroll coordination, and general administration.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in corporate administration, finance, and compliance—preferably in food or manufacturing industries.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong financial analysis skills.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140, $160,000.00 per year
