Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team focused on Managed WordPress Hosting solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology. Must have experience with WordPress, WordPress Optimization, and Web Hosting. This is a part-time contract position and you will be paid $200 per closed deal.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our WordPress Hosting services.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive interest and engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product features.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with technical sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business through effective outreach and relationship-building efforts.
