About the Role
We're looking for a driven, articulate, and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow Levantage's presence in the legal industry. You'll be the first point of contact with potential law firm clients — helping them see how Levantage can bring clarity to their chaos.
This isn't a "dial and dump" sales role. We're looking for someone who can have intelligent, consultative conversations with attorneys and firm leaders. If you enjoy identifying real pain points, nurturing relationships, and connecting people to meaningful solutions, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage potential law firm clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Discovery & Qualification: Lead meaningful conversations to understand each firm's operational challenges, tech stack, and growth goals.
- Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of interactions, activity, and deal progress in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Follow-Up: Nurture warm leads, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

- You consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified appointments and pipeline growth.
- You become fluent in the challenges law firms face — and can speak intelligently about how Levantage solves them.
- You represent Levantage with professionalism, empathy, and confidence in every interaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (experience selling to professional services firms is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with attorneys, firm managers, and C-level decision-makers.
- Organized, persistent, and tech-savvy (familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive a plus).
- Growth mindset — eager to learn about legal operations, AI, and workflow optimization.
