What You'll Do as a Business Support Manager

  • Champion Driver Success: Lead onboarding, coaching, and ongoing administrative support to help drivers stay informed and focused on safety and service.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor safety procedures and documentation, ensuring alignment with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Manage schedules, incident follow-ups, payment tracking, and audit preparation to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Lead Internal Communication: Host weekly meetings and deliver clear updates on safety trends, performance metrics, and process changes.
  • Respond with Confidence: Resolve incidents, customer concerns, and compliance audits in a timely, professional manner.
  • Leverage Technology: Use tools like Samsara to review driver performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Document & Track: Maintain accurate records for audits, driver files, and transaction processes with a focus on transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to uphold service quality and operational consistency.

What You Bring

  • Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or office operations
