As a
leader
within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will play a critical role in managing, optimizing and enhancing
all benefits programs
within the Americas. You will be responsible for overseeing
vendor relationships
, ensuring
compliance
, managing
employee engagement initiatives
, and
aligning benefits strategies
with
broader business objectives
. You will train employees on benefits plans and processes, promoting understanding and effective utilization.

You will collaborate
cross-functionally
with Finance, Payroll and HRPBs to ensure all benefits programs are compliant, efficiently administered, and strategically aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance all employee benefits plans, including health & welfare, disability, workers' compensation, retirement plans, life insurance, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations
  • Ensure timely implementation of benefit plan changes and proactively resolve employee inquiries and complex situations
  • Research, recommend, and implement new benefits offerings that provide strong value and support to employees
  • Lead benefits orientation for new hires and provide ongoing training for field managers to ensure understanding
  • Assist employees in navigating benefits options and resolving issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Plan and execute annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and other benefits-related engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits programs
  • Analyze and review benefit costs regularly to ensure alignment with budget and ROI expectations
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Lead and develop a high-performing benefits team that supports operational excellence and employee satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum five (5+) years of experience in benefits
  • Prior experience in a people leadership role
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization and with a global mindset
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and lead team(s)
  • Demonstrated experience in presentations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong priority management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, able to thrive independently and as a collaborative team play
  • Personable and relationship-driven, with a talent for fostering strong partnerships

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $110, $130,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
