Benefits Generalist and Workday HRIS Analyst
A global hedge fund is hiring for an experienced Benefits Generalist with strong Workday HRIS skills to join their collaborative Human Capital team in a hands-on role. This role will work closely with the Head of HR Technology and Benefits.
Salary commensurate with experience: $125-165k range + discretionary bonus + benefits, 20 days' vacation + sick/personal, 401k (match after 1 year), free lunch onsite
Hours: 8:30a-5:30p
Hybrid: Midtown NYC, Onsite 2-3 days/week
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of strong HR Benefits experience – open to industry background
- Strong US Benefits experience required with the knowledge and ability to advise employees on specific plans, and have gone through open enrollment, etc.
- Degree required
- Must have strong Workday HRIS experience and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, primarily Excel & PowerPoint
