Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager, based in Boulder, CO. The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to contract negotiation and execution. The role requires relentless market research, identifying strategic opportunities and working closely with our legal and ownership team to offer tailored pricing solutions.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Negotiation, Client Relationship Building, and Account Management

Sales and Business Development skills with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals

Effective Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities

Proficiency in CRM platforms

Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field a min.; MBA is a plus

Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is strongly beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with successful outcomes.

The right applicant must be able to work from our south Boulder office daily and travel domestically seceral times a quarter.
