We are seeking a
full-time Clubhouse Program Associate
to work
on-site
and side-by-side with members in all aspects of our work-ordered day. This generalist position is especially focused on helping members pursue employment goals, develop job readiness, and connect with community opportunities — including developing and maintaining Transitional Employment placements with local businesses.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with members on daily operations (kitchen, clerical, outreach, etc.)
- Support members' employment journeys (readiness, search, retention)
- Develop job placements, train members at work, and maintain relationships with employer partners
- Provide coverage at Transitional Employment sites if needed
- Plan and participate in Clubhouse social, educational, and wellness events
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment rooted in dignity and mutual respect
What We're Looking For
- Passion for mental health recovery and social inclusion
- Strong organizational skills and initiative
- Experience with vulnerable populations
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic social media
- Excellent writing skills
- Interest in employment services or workforce development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
