What You Will Do

Lead overall dealership performance across all departments, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagementDrive operational excellence within a high-volume Tier 1 Import environmentMentor and develop department leaders with clear goals, accountability, and structured performance evaluationsPartner with the comptroller/office manager to align departmental forecasts and annual financial targetsSet aggressive but achievable monthly and annual goals, providing the support and tools each department needs to winFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team motivationEnsure full alignment with policies, processes, and compliance standardsRecruit, inspire, and retain a high-performance management team

What You Bring

Proven success as an automotive General Manager or high-performing Sales Manager (required)Direct experience leading a high-volume Toyota dealershipStrong record of growing multi-department performance and unlocking employee potentialDemonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and execute against aggressive business goalsExpertise in hiring, developing, and motivating diverse teamsA hands-on, visible leadership style with excellent communication and team-building skills
