Fort Lauderdale's staple showroom for over 17 years is seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our high-end floorcovering showroom, where luxury meets craftsmanship and every client interaction is an opportunity to create something beautiful.

What You'll Do

You'll be the trusted advisor our discerning clientele relies on to bring their design visions to life. From initial consultation to final installation, you'll manage the complete sales cycle—curating selections, developing room concepts, and building lasting relationships with interior designers, contractors, and homeowners who expect nothing but the best.

Your days will include consultative selling in our showroom, proactive outreach to trade professionals and new clients, managing your pipeline through our CRM system, and collaborating with our team to exceed collective goals. You'll work with premium floorcovering, tile, and wallpaper, guiding clients through the selection process and creating cohesive design solutions that elevate their spaces.

What You Bring

Essential Experience:

  • Proven sales success in high-end retail, showroom, or design industry environments
  • Strong working knowledge of floorcovering, tile, and wallpaper products, applications, and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present complete room designs
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and client relationship building
  • Established relationships with designers and contractors, or the proven ability to develop them
