What will you do?

The Property Manager plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that each community meets its presentation, operational, and financial goals. In addition, the Property Manager is responsible for attracting and serving residents, selling new and pre-owned manufactured homes and park models when needed.

The Property Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead the Property Management function for two locations manufactured home communities in North Fort Myers.
  • This is not a remote work role.
  • Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including community buildings, amenities, and roads.
  • Set high-quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to our residents.
  • Respond promptly to potential residents, provide tours, and maintain a high occupancy rate.
  • Ensure that the property remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to maximize occupancy.
  • Routinely inspect the entire property and its amenities and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Build a sense of community and pride in the property.
  • Work with tenants to collect rent, making sure all rules are followed, and ensuring the profitability of the community.
  • Conduct evictions and documenting all financial transactions and delinquent accounts.
  • Be available for any emergency that may arise at the property.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of manufactured housing/multi-unit property management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management.
  • Working knowledge of all applicable laws including but not limited to Fair Housing laws.
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales a plus.
  • Dynamic, outgoing, customer focused team member with a service first attitude.
  • Detailed oriented, organized leader who meets deadlines
  • Ability to work well on a team or individually
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstratable experience with Backoffice or Rent Manager
