We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and lead our onsite teams toward achieving performance goals and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of a regional portfolio of multifamily properties.
  • Lead, train, and support property managers and onsite staff to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer service goals.
  • Ensure properties meet company standards for maintenance, presentation, and compliance.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets; analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and lease renewals to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
  • Implement marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
  • Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site oversight.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial objectives.
  • Experience with [Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or other property management software].
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
  • CPM, CAM, or ARM certification is a plus.
