About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, ethical, and coachable individuals to join our growing financial services team as Independent Life Insurance Agents. This is a remote, performance-based contract position with full training provided — no experience required. Whether you are licensed or just getting started, we'll guide you step-by-step through licensing, product mastery, and building your business.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on financial literacy, retirement planning, and life insurance options.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and always "do what is right" for the client.
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Attend ongoing product, field, and leadership training sessions.
  • Develop and manage your own client portfolio and business pipeline.
  • Participate in personal and professional development programs to enhance leadership and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older (required).
  • Must have access to a laptop/computer and reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Life Insurance License (preferred).
  • If not licensed, must be able to obtain license within 2 weeks (training and support provided).
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Committed to integrity and doing what's right 100% of the time.

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based pay.
  • Paid 8–9 times per month (as policies are issued).
