We're hiring an Attorney to join our growing Personal Injury Litigation team. You don't need PI or litigation experience specifically—just at least 1 year of experience as an attorney and a strong desire to learn, take ownership, and grow into a high-performing litigator.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and advance a caseload with the support of senior litigators.
  • Draft motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions (with mentorship as needed).
  • Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Work closely with paralegals, assistants, and a tech-forward team that actually makes your job easier.
  • Collaborate—never compete. We operate as a unit, not silos.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as an attorney (any practice area welcome).
  • Someone organized, proactive, and ready to take responsibility.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • A willingness to learn PI litigation; trial or PI experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Confidence, emotional intelligence, and a team-first mindset.
