Civil Litigation Attorney

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Defense:
    Manage a full caseload from inception through trial, including motor vehicle, premises liability, and general negligence claims.
  • Courtroom Advocacy:
    Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials — bringing your confidence, preparation, and poise to every appearance.
  • Strategic Litigation:
    Develop and execute effective defense strategies tailored to each client's needs, balancing strong advocacy with sound judgment.
  • Client Relations:
    Maintain open communication and trusted partnerships with insurance carriers, risk managers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
    Work with experienced colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

  • Active
    CA
    bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
    , ideally in personal injury, insurance defense, or general civil litigation.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • A team player with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for defense work.
