We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

We are currently looking for a bilingual Vietnamese-English speaker. This opportunity involves cross-border collaboration and communication, so fluency in both languages is essential.

Duties

  • Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger accounts.
  • Helps CFO to manage the subsidiary company in 
    Vietnam.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports,
  • Assist in the budgeting process by providing financial insights and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Create pivot tables to analyze complex datasets for better decision-making.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related business field, or a higher degree.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent technical accounting skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
