In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct in-depth market research, and support clients throughout the entire process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your knowledge will be essential in helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of the real estate market, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Be able to quickly work with provided leads (including , Dave Ramsey, 72Sold and more)
Qualifications
  • Driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
  • Great at connecting with people, listening, and understanding their needs
  • Experienced in finding and generating leads
  • Confident in handling objections smoothly
  • Outstanding communicator who loves providing excellent service
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Holds a valid real estate license
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong in both written and spoken communication
  • Super organized
  • Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent at managing time
