Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in residential and commercial sales, purchases, and leasing transactions.
  • Provide expert market knowledge, pricing strategies, and data-driven valuations.
  • Develop and execute listing marketing plans to maximize exposure and generate leads.
  • Manage negotiations and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Deliver polished presentations and marketing materials to clients.
  • Oversee transactions from contract to close for a smooth, efficient process.
  • Maintain organized client records and communication logs.
  • Provide attentive, relationship-based service that drives referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois Real Estate License (required).
  • Experience in real estate sales or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Chicago real estate market and local regulations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
