Grand Haven Realty is expanding statewide across Illinois, and we are seeking Licensed Real Estate Agents who want to build a long-term, high-earning career in residential, commercial, and investment real estate.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agent
  • Interested in residential and/or commercial real estate
  • Motivated, organized, and consistent
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Tech-friendly (MLS, CRM, digital forms, mobile apps)
  • Comfortable working with investor-minded clients
  • Looking for a brokerage with direction, training, and opportunity

This role is ideal for agents who want to grow beyond traditional sales and build a long-term real estate career with investment, development, and sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners
  • Conduct CMAs, property tours, and listing appointments
  • Support acquisition and investment opportunities
  • Participate in training workshops and planning sessions
  • Maintain accurate communication and follow-up
  • Contribute to the expansion of Grand Haven Realty across Illinois
