**Job Title:** Prep Cook/Dishwasher

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Prep Cook/dishwasher, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

**Duties:**

  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

**Skills:**

  • Restaurant experience not necessary

  • Ability to work well with others and help out where needed
