Essential Functions for the Customer Account Manager Trainee:

  • Initiate sales efforts by engaging with potential customers directly and building rapport.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of new accounts for our partner, Frontier Communications.
  • Present and sell a variety of telecom products and services to residential and small-business clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Work towards and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
