We are seeking a self driven Admissions Representative to help us recruit ground students in Dallas Bilingual is a plus

Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:

  • Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment;
  • Recruiting, training and developing highly talented students
  • Developing referrals and personal leads;
  • Assisting in management of lead management system
  • Working with CEO in monitoring the daily/weekly activities of Admissions to ensure admissions objectives are met.
  • Conducting first & second interview of prospective student enrollments
  • Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews;
  • Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to coach and manage a team
