Location:
Tigard, OR

In-Office | Full-Time | Leadership Role
About Fanatics Collectibles
Fanatics Collectibles is transforming the collectibles industry by combining innovation, technology, and trust to create the most advanced ecosystem for collectors worldwide. From card manufacturing and trading to secure storage and marketplace integration, we're building a seamless, data-driven platform that enables collectors to pursue their passions with confidence.

Our Vault HQ in Tigard, OR, serves as the hub of that ecosystem — a secure, scalable, and operationally sophisticated facility designed to set new standards for safety, precision, and customer experience.

About The Role
We're seeking a
Director of Operations (Site Leader)
to lead and scale our Tigard headquarters. In this role, you'll own all aspects of site operations, strategic planning, and vendor and partner management. You will be responsible for achieving excellence in safety, quality, cost, and capacity — while driving long-term site growth, infrastructure development, and operational maturity.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Facilities, Product, and Finance teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that Vault HQ remains a world-class operation that scales with Fanatics Collectibles' rapid growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead overall site performance across safety, quality, service, and cost metrics, ensuring the facility operates with excellence and scalability.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that expand site capacity, optimize layouts, and enable long-term infrastructure growth.
  • Oversee capital planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with operational goals.
  • Manage key external partners and vendors, including logistics, facility, and service providers, to ensure SLA adherence and performance accountability.
  • Develop and implement standard operating frameworks that drive consistency, efficiency, and sustainable results across teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to deploy tools, automation, and process improvements that enhance throughput and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain site governance mechanisms — including KPI reviews, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, developing leaders and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational ownership.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and security, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and regulatory adherence.
  • Represent Vault HQ in enterprise planning, expansion discussions, and strategic business reviews to align site capabilities with future growth.

Who You Are

  • A results-driven operations leader with 10+ years of experience in large-scale site or regional operations, distribution, or logistics.
  • Experienced in facility expansion, capital project execution, and infrastructure scaling.
  • Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and external partnership development.
  • Adept at using data, KPIs, and financial metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative, people-focused leader who develops teams, builds culture, and creates clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong in cross-functional influence, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement principles such as Lean or Six Sigma (certification a plus).

Success Measures

  • Achievement of site performance KPIs across safety, quality, and cost.
  • On-time, on-budget delivery of site expansion and infrastructure projects.
  • Improved vendor performance through clear governance and SLA adherence.
  • Scalable systems, workflows, and processes supporting rapid growth.
  • High engagement and development within site leadership and staff.
