What You'll DoLead the launch and ongoing operations of Evergreen Ambulance Service.Design and implement strategies for growth, quality, and financial sustainability.Partner with Ride Connection leadership and the Medical Director to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.Oversee budgets, contracts, and performance targets while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.Recruit, mentor, and support staff through training, coaching, and workforce development.Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand impact and establish Evergreen as a trusted service provider.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Paramedicine, Business/Healthcare Administration, Emergency Preparedness, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of healthcare or ambulance operations experienceAt least 3 years in leadership.Current NREMT certification and Oregon EMT license (required).Demonstrated ability to launch or scale programs, manage complex operations, and deliver measurable results.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Valid Oregon Driver's License and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Preferred qualifications include:

Master's degree or advanced certifications (CAM, CEM, etc.).Experience in start-up or program development environments.Strong background in budget management, contracts, and revenue-generating strategies.Familiarity with state and federal ambulance regulations and healthcare operations.Physical Requirements

This role includes operational oversight and, at times, hands-on field involvement, which may involve:

Lifting and carrying equipment and assisting with patient transport.Driving an ambulance safely in varied conditions.Performing fine motor skills and clinical tasks in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.Compensation & Benefits
