Job Summary

Consumer Cellular is currently in need of an experienced Retail Facilities Manager to help support our growth across the Nation. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The Retail Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will oversee the company's retail facility operations, manage store moves and remodels. This position will be located in Arizona and require some travel between retail store locations.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing contracts to determine scope of responsibilities as it pertains to the facility.
• Manage the installation, repair and overhaul of HVAC and generator systems.
• Manage the installation of signage as per lease requirements and local government.
• Manage the installation of low voltage cable networks.
• Perform building inspections to determine inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage facilities vendors and contracts.
• Manage access control systems to include electronic doors and cameras.
• Oversee construction projects to include new store builds and remodels.
• Strong budgeting skills.
• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management and Facilities Project Management.
• Experience with Retail Stores, Contact Centers and Data Centers a plus.
• Must have expert knowledge of computer assisted facility management solutions including building automation systems, computer maintenance and asset management.
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant/contractor.
• Some travel required.
• Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Understanding of building drawings as it pertains to local code and application.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

• Minimum Salary: $88,200
• Maximum Salary: $132,300

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
