About Moon Men:

Moon Men is a South Florida-based hemp THC brand specializing in premium exotic pre-rolls, flower, disposables, and gummies. We are rapidly expanding across the state and building an elite sales team to introduce our products to smoke shops, convenience stores, and wellness retailers.

Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated Territory Door-to-Door Sales Representative to grow Moon Men's retail footprint throughout Broward County. You'll be responsible for visiting smoke shops and local retailers, pitching our product line, leaving samples, and closing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit 12–15 stores per day within your assigned territory.
  • Present Moon Men's THC product lineup and close B2B orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and buyers.
  • Track calls, visits, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide samples when needed.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Represent the Moon Men brand with energy, professionalism, and confidence.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outside or door-to-door sales experience (preferred).
  • Experience in a smoke shop, CBD, or beverage sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to win.
  • Must be 21+ and able to comply with state hemp product regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-Based Pay: 20% commission on first-time orders, 10% / 7.5% / 5% recurring commission
  • Bonuses: Tiered incentives for hitting monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Gas Bonus: $500/month gas reimbursement.
  • Average Earnings: $80,000–$150,000+ annually (top reps exceed $10,000/month).
  • Weekly Pay + CRM Support + Training Provided.
  • Opportunity for promotion to Senior Sales Rep or Territory Manager after consistent performance.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6 PM (Or until route is finished)
  • Full Territory: Broward County (Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, etc.)
