Position Overview:
The Seasonal Customer Experience Associate supports the Brand Loyalty & Engagement team during peak periods by delivering timely, thoughtful customer service across multiple channels. This role focuses on efficiently resolving customer inquiries via email and phone, while also providing in-person support at our retail showroom as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with clear, professional, and friendly communication
  • Close tickets efficiently and accurately, maintaining high quality standards
  • Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipping, or product details, escalating when necessary
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and flag them to the Brand Loyalty Manager for insight
  • Ensure timely responses during high-volume periods while maintaining brand tone and care
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer service KPIs and goals
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy, personalization, and fast follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and work within multiple systems
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to adapt during fast-paced periods
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
