International Sport Motors in San Francisco is looking for a Customer Service Associate - Front Desk Receptionist.

This full-time position pays $22 – $25 per hour and offers the chance to grow into a junior estimator role. We also offer our amazing team excellent benefits and perks, such as:

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST?

You will greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and help with scheduling service appointments. You will manage check-ins and check-outs and provide updates on vehicle status by coordinating with service advisors and technicians. You will also help with loaner vehicle arrangements, insurance documentation, and handle payments and invoices. Over time, you will gradually take on junior estimator responsibilities as you gain experience.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST?

  • Desire to grow into a junior estimator role
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency using scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
