Job Description:

Resource's typical working day:

  • Support Office Services Operations Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day office functions, including coordinating with facilities, vendors, and internal teams as needed.

  • Set Up and Maintain Conference Rooms Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up before scheduled meetings, including arranging furniture, checking equipment, and replenishing supplies.

  • Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages, and coordinate shipments.

  • Provide General Administrative Support Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills:

  • Communication and collaboration skills

  • Organized

Years of Experience
: At least 2 years of experience working in office environment

Education
: GED /HS

Software skills:

  • Basic computer function

  • Microsoft Suite
