Job Description:
Resource's typical working day:
Support Office Services Operations Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day office functions, including coordinating with facilities, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
Set Up and Maintain Conference Rooms Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up before scheduled meetings, including arranging furniture, checking equipment, and replenishing supplies.
Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages, and coordinate shipments.
Provide General Administrative Support Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Must Have Skills:
Communication and collaboration skills
Organized
Years of Experience
: At least 2 years of experience working in office environment
Education
: GED /HS
Software skills:
Basic computer function
Microsoft Suite
