Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of Development experience
  • 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
  • 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience Identifying and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements
  • Designing and implementing AI models using relevant programming languages and AI technologies
  • Working closely with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI models and solutions
  • Validating and testing AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are up to industry standards
  • Providing guidance and leadership in the implementation of machine learning algorithms and AI applications
  • Documenting AI architecture and solutions for reference and training purposes Keeping up to date with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to improve solution quality and efficiency
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of AI solutions to relevant regulations and standards
  • Training and mentoring team members on AI technologies and solution development

Must Have skills:

  • Build AgentCore deployment modules in Terraform
  • Build observability components for the Platform for Agentic workloads
  • Automate testing as part of CI/CD pipelines
  • Build supporting components for multi-agent frameworks (Strands, LangGraph etc.)
  • Deployment pipelines for multiple AWS environments
  • SRE modules for Production Support function for Agentic use cases
  • Collaborate with the Southwest Technical Lead and the Platform Team to deliver the work.
