About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and lead generation
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand needs and business challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads
  • Assist with follow-up communication and ongoing relationship nurturing
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs
