About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will play a key part in identifying potential opportunities, engaging prospects, and helping the sales team drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and lead generation
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand needs and business challenges
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads
- Assist with follow-up communication and ongoing relationship nurturing
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs

- Comfort with outreach, follow-up, and engaging with potential customers
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
