Description

The Front Office Receptionist Lead will be the first point of contact for members and patients as they enter the practice and patient rooms. They will be performing general medical front office duties such as scheduling, verifications, answering phones, and sending appointment reminders. In this position, you will partner with other high-caliber medical professionals in the delivery of extraordinary patient care.

Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Capabilities:

  • Greet patients
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Schedule patients
  • Have full knowledge of our products/services and can answer patient questions
  • Check patients in and out
  • Manage patient leads
  • Confirm patient appointments daily
  • Educate patients on pre and post-treatment instructions
  • Create daily reports required by management
  • Assist providers and staff with patient flow
  • Assist with treatment room turnover/setup
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk and reception area
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA, and practice specific compliance guidelines
  • Ship and receive packages

Requirements

  • One (5) year minimum of Luxury, Hospitality, or Customer Service in plastic surgery is preferred.
  • Prior medical office experience preferred.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Medical Terminology Certificate preferred.

Additional Information Monday- Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
