Lawn Pride of San Antonio is growing fast, and we're hiring energetic, motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in San Antonio and surrounding metro areas. You'll be the friendly face of Lawn Pride, helping homeowners achieve the thick, green lawns they've always wanted. This is a flexible, performance-based role perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, meeting new people, and earning great money through effort and attitude.

We're flexible you can work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or Saturdays, full-time or part-time. You'll start 100% door-to-door, introducing our services and earning $100 per new customer.

This is an independent contractor position, however, for the right person could lead to a position as an employee with full benefits available.

What You'll Do

  • Walk local neighborhoods to introduce Lawn Pride's lawn care programs.
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their lawns.
  • Generate new customer leads, provide quotes, and schedule free evaluations.
  • Hand out door hangers, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Follow up with interested homeowners to close sales and hit bonus goals.
  • Represent Lawn Pride with integrity, enthusiasm, and pride in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
  • Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to walk outdoors for several hours and handle various weather conditions.
  • No sales experience required we provide full, hands-on training.
