What You'll Do:

  • Own the prospecting process — research, cold call, set appointments, and prepare materials for our Sales Representatives.
  • Keep records spotless in Salesforce, managing contacts, activities, and appointments.
  • Conduct employee measurements using sizing kits (we'll train you).
  • Travel safely to appointments and new business opportunities.
  • Represent Service Uniform with professionalism, confidence, and pride in our Blue Chip difference.
  • Take part in company meetings and uphold our commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Jump in where needed — we value initiative.

What You'll Bring:

  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current insurance.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills — you know how to open doors and close them too.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce).
  • Great time management and problem-solving instincts.
  • A self-starter attitude with honesty and respect at the core.

Perks & Pay:

  • Base Salary: $47,500 + commissions (average OTE: $59,460+)
  • $550 monthly auto allowance, laptop, cell phone, CRM access, and product samples provided.
  • Professional attire provided — you'll look the part while representing a Top Workplace.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life after 60 days. 401(k) with match after 1 year.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service.
