Pay Structure

  • Training bonus for completing onboarding and training content
  • Hourly pay is not guaranteed, but commission is offered which is significantly higher pay.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday (Saturday Optional)
  • 10-6pm

Responsibilities

  • Learn high level sales skills, including body language, para-verbal communication, and objection responses
  • Teach homeowners about the benefits of having pest control services
  • Canvass designated areas
  • Have fun with incentives, bonuses, and team building
  • Uplift team members and embrace team culture
  • May also help expand the team through recruiting

Requirements

  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have confidence
  • Must be coachable
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic environment
  • Must be able to face rejection
  • Must have your own vehicle, license, phone, and the cellular data plan
  • Must be 18 or older to be licensed to legally operate

Experience Requirements

  • No experienced required, but some customer service, sales, or management is preferred.
  • Our program can take anyone with work ethic, a positive attitude, and confidence, and help them become successful quickly.
