Agent Services Coordinator & Real Estate Recruiter

Keller Williams Corona is seeking a polished Agent Services and Recruiter professional who will elevate the agent experience and support new talent growth across Corona CA. This role delivers a high touch service environment and strengthens our position as a top real estate careers destination in the Inland Empire.

Agent Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Manage the full onboarding process and create a seamless launch for new associates
  • Process sign on documents and maintain accurate agent files
  • Lead new agent orientation with technology training both in groups and individually
  • Guide agents on ordering business cards name badges and signage
  • Support agent setup for eEdge Realtor dot com Circlepix and MLMS
  • Provide assistance with office technology including WiFi and printer drivers
  • Present the First One Hundred Day agent plan and coordinate Productivity Coach meetings
  • Introduce CGI tools during orientation and attend Monday CGI calls to distribute updates
  • Coordinate office setup including phones computer lines printer access and desk assignment
  • Send office announcements and post new agent welcome updates on social media
  • Support experienced agent transitions through the Mega Agent Transition plan including timelines for marketing materials

Agent Recruiting and Talent Attraction

  • Lead new agent recruiting efforts and nurture talent across Corona and the Inland Empire
  • Make regular cold calls to build the recruiting pipeline
  • Meet with prospective agents one on one
  • Strengthen agent engagement through monthly meetings awards and special events

Event and Training Calendar Coordination

  • Prepare rooms and materials for all meetings and training events ensuring equipment readiness
  • Set up Ignite classrooms and support instructors and students
  • Coordinate social and training events and secure event sponsors
  • Oversee contests and special office initiatives
  • Create and post class updates across social networks
  • Send all change notices for classes and event schedules
  • Support exit interviews and complete required separation documents

Experience and Skills

  • Recruiting experience preferred and not required
  • KW Command proficiency preferred and not required
  • Technology proficiency
  • CRM system knowledge
  • Google Suite including Drive and Calendar
